To buy a product you don't need to register on our Labiancheriaperlacasa.com site, just follow these simple steps:
  1. - Search for the product you are interested in, either in the search bar at the top or directly in the store categories
  2. - If the product has multiple variants, select the size and color
  3. - Add the product to the cart
  4. - Click on "proceed with purchase"
  5. - Enter the personal data and the shipping address to which you want the package to arrive
  6. - Choose your shipping method
  7. - Choose your payment method

I can't buy, why?

If you encounter a problem and are unable to complete the purchase, the reasons may be different, sometimes your registration may be incomplete or during the payment phase there may be a delay in the transmission of data to the credit card institution or the site may have a technical problem. To which address should I send the product to be returned?

You must send it back to our address, remember to put your references inside the package.

How do I make a return?

If you need to make a return, write us an email (to: info@labiancheriaperlacasa.com) and indicate your order reference, we will reply authorizing you to send the goods back.

You have the option of returning the goods within 14 days from when you received the order, whatever the reason.


How much are the return shipping costs?

You have 2 solutions:

1. Send your return to our address with your trusted courier. The goods must be sent back to: DITTA MASSA ELIO Via Torino, 72 10077 San Maurizio Canavese -TO- tel.0119277642

2. At your request we can pick it up with our courier for € 9.90. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

The driver will show up at your home with the necessary documents and pick up your package, simply repack the goods and put your order reference, name and surname inside the package.

Shipping costs and times
How much do I spend on shipping?

The shipping cost is €9.90. The shipping cost is not "hidden" in the products but is truly separate, we want you to know, you will pay the pure cost of the products excluding the shipping fees.


How long does it take you to ship?

Normally since we receive the order in 2 working days we ship, we have all the products you see in our warehouse. If by chance any product is momentarily out of stock you will be contacted by phone or email you have provided, we will still try to ship it as soon as possible.


The courier passed by but I was not at home, what can I do?

The courier always makes 2 delivery attempts, if on the second attempt it does not find anyone brings the package back to their warehouse and puts it in storage, you will be contacted to release the stock from us or from the courier who will notify you via SMS.
